Castration performed by women

Hi!

I read some stories about women doctors performing castration on men. In fact a member was asking where he could find a woman physician, willing to perform castration on a man. Other members made some comments on this question and a guest by the name of Alicia told a story about a friend of her (Mary) who had castrated her husband with great care and good result. The story seem to have happended back in 2006 (05-01-2006).

Can anybody give me the name (maybe also the address) of the woman equivalent to Dr. Kimmel, dr. Spector, dr. Arnkoff?
