story idea - need help with discussion / argument

The story situation:

A set of identical triplets. Call them Alpha, Beta, and Gamma.

Alpha is the stereotypical dominant member of the trio.

Beta is the stereotypical "runt" and subordinate.

Gamma is the one in the middle and has done his best all their lives to keep the peace. He is gay, but has no sexual interest in his brothers. (Don't worry about me giving him a name that starts with "G" when I'm done. I'm not THAT dumb!)

They have been purchased by a woman for her daughter. All 3 are going to get surgically altered. (One line I have already written is "A sex toy, a decoration, and a sperm bank. Perfect.")

Alpha is getting a vasectomy and "tuck-up" (testicles pushed back up into the body and scrotum removed) but his penis will be left intact. This way he can be used sexually without risk of pregnancy and won't require hormones.

Beta is simply going to be castrated. He will get prosthetic testicles and just enough HRT to keep his penis from shrinking, but not enough to allow him to achieve erections.

Gamma is going to be rendered impotent, but still fertile. This is where the problem is.

I haven't quite made up my mind on which way to go. I have come up with a couple possibilities, along with their pros and cons:

Prostate removal

pros: no erections

cons: will be VERY sexually frustrated, sperm difficult to get, incontinence, possible nerve regrowth due to youth

Sever the pudendal nerve

pros: Numb penis means the few erections that happen are essentially useless, orgasm and/or sperm collection can be achieved through prostate stimulation

penectomy

pros: Depending on how it's done, there could be a "full set" either in a jar or mounted on a wall plaque. orgasm and/or sperm collection can be achieved through prostate stimulation

cons: urination problems.

I'm having trouble writing the discussion between the doctor(s), the mother, and the daughter. I'm also debating about letting Gamma have any input at all.

I knew a set of triplet girls when I was younger. Katie, Kelsi, and Kassidy. As you can imagine, their parents were white supremacists. I know one of the 3 married a black man.
