Hi there,

First of all my apoligies if my english isn't without mistakes. I live in Europe and English isn't my motherlanguage.

I am a long time follower of this forum. Recently I am a bit more active here.

I have a strong urge to get a nullification since childhood. Unfortunately it hasn't come real yet. However I was close one time to have at least one testicle removed.

I am infertile and while they were looking for a reason for not being able to have kids the urologist found out about my undescended testicle. First she said straight away that "It has to come out". Because my wife was with me, I reacted surprised. That is why she told me to think about it.

When I called her back she said she wanted to try a orchidopexy first. I tried to get a orchiectomy, but she refused because she wanted to try bringing the testicle down and fixating first. Well... that happened so my first chance was gone.

Now I am having pain in the other testicle after two TESE's. They tried everything, including some sort of TENS (electrodes). It didn't help and now I am sceduled for an apointment with a surgeon. Hopefully I can suggest an orchiectomy of this testicle. I hope to convince her by telling that living with one testicle doesn't really chance anything and that I am infirtile anyway. Besides that, they found some debrees and stuff from the TESE on an ECHO, which can increase the chance of testicular cancer. We shall see if it works.

Well that is it for the near future. Furthermore I hope to get rid of both testicles and my penis. I really like he look of it and want to have the smooth look and sensations of it. I really dislike those appendices. Since I am married, the chance of getting to dr Arnkoff is as good as none. So hopefully some doctor in Europe will do these procedures in the future.
