Just tell the doctor your balls have shrunk and you have lost your ability to get erect. They may prescribe it just after an exam or get a t level and then prescribe it. Depends on the doctor. You could just say it happened ot make UP something like sking and hit a pole and smashed them good. Either way is make the drs appointment

With prolonged use of androcur or other drugs, it is not uncommon for the effects to become permanent. That is probably the case for you here. Get a test for your testosterone level. You'll likely need to use supplemental T to replace what would naturally occur but isn't. You don't need to make up lots of strange stories. Just tell the doctor that your balls shrank and you can't get it up anymore. Feign ignorance and let him figure out what to do.

^what he said. Also, research some body building forums. Body builders use several methods to jump start the testicles after a cycle or to keep testicles from shrinking while on a cycle.

Truthfully, they'll take a T-level from you, see you don't have it, and prescribe the testosterone. 44 is far to young to have andropause, so the doctor will likely think nothing of it. They tend to treat conditions when presented with them, and that's all you're doing - presenting your condition. Really, nothing to be nervous about.

Actually, most bodybuilders that take hormones have their testicles shut down and to get them started again they do a regimen of PCT (Post Cycle Therapy). I suggest using Clomid (you can buy online without a prescription), possibly combined with Tamoxifen or Raloxifene (I prefer the latter). Clomid will increase size of testicles and restore the testosterone output.

Also, is it just a problem of low sex drive, or you can't get it up? For the latter, obviously viagra will help. In fact, you should probably get some cause you then at least go through the motions with your new partner -- and actually if you're not super-horny you might have impressive endurance.

But Clomid is what I recommend to restart testosterone production.
