I'd seen this pic before, but I assumed it was a photoshop. But it seems to be consistently linked to the story of a Bangladeshi woman who severed a rapist's penis a couple years back. Knowing that it might well be real makes it one of the better severed genitals pics there is -- it is actually cock and balls.

I think the picture dates back to around 2002 and was a result of unqualified surgery of Jack Wayne Rogers in Missouri.

I am no expert but the veins are still under pressure from the heart since they are still showing on the surface of the genitals. The colour is also wrong for flesh separated from blood flow. Unless this cock is still attached to it s owner it would not look this way since it is turgid. I see no good reason to think this picture is anything other than quite a poor fake.
