Need a Movie Title

DEcades ago I recall seeing a low-budget Syfy film. It was about a teen and his date in the future going to see a movie. They pick a drive-in theater they had never been to before. They drive in, pay their money and watch the movie. About 2:00am when they try to leave they find they are locked in with hundreds of other cars of teens.

It turns out the city uses this drive-in as a juvenile detention center.

Does anyone recall seeing this movie? If so, I need the title.

I did a look up with the information you gave, took about 30 seconds.

Talk about a looser of a movie, cost 2.5 million to make, made 68 thousand, they could not even pay the crew, let alone the cast.
