He's one of the best at what he does. He has done a few orchiectomies for guys who have verifiable letters of approval (at least 2 of them).

Would he require therapists letters for urologically-motivated work?
I'll call him tomorrow, but I encourage baseless speculation. :p
Actually, while discussing baseless speculation, think he'd be willing to experiment with a therapist's letter?
