If anyone here would like a PDF copy of the article, just send me a Private Message with an email address that will accept attachments. The article is one of several aimed at convincing both counselors and surgeons that there are perfectly valid reasons to seek castration and that it needs to be more available. The topic has had quite a bit of discussion now in the therapeutic community. There are both psychologists and surgeons scattered in various locations across the country who are willing to help. It's a long process, but progress is being made.

A female friend and I went out for the day yesterday. She is aware of the fact that I have been castrated and as we went skinny dipping, sh saw how my scrotum shrank and remarked on it. He r interest was purely academic as though we are good friends and do go skinny dipping from time to time, we are not sexual partners. This was the first time she has seen me without my kit on since I was castrated last year. She also had a hysterectomy 27 years ago when she was 33. We got to talking about hysterectomies and castrations and her opinion it that both should be freely available to both men and women on demand when they have had the children that they want to have. She also mentioned that her daughter who is 28 and has 2 kids which is all she plans on having would love to be able to have a hysterectomy and also feels that both castration and hysterectomy shopuld be freely available to all who want it.

I´m glad that there are a few people taking seriously those who desire to be castrated And that they are understanding that It´s not merely a whim.

It´s not in my living plan having kids. Never I thought even in sperm banks in the future. I really hate my sperm and all which testosterone is involved in. Fortunately It is very low now, but I don´t want to be on higher doses of antiandrogens all my life.

I think that to be single, younger and without kids could be an obstacle to an orchidectomy and doctors probably won´t understand me.

I fear that the fact of having no kids yet discourages them even If I tell them that I´m homosexual and that I really don´t want to have kids.

Another alternative is to be diagnosed with Gender dysphoria which I think I really have, although It would imply a long (and likely expensive) way to an orchi but Probably It would be the most "suitable" for me.

Finally, injections. That woul be the last thing to attempt.:)

From your the information in your profile you are 33, so would it not be possible to be creative and invent a life story that includes enough children to satisfy any inquisitive doctor? After all your are old enough to have had plenty and it is unlikely any doctor would demand physical proof of their existence such as birth certificates etc., you could even show the pictures of some friends sprogs to help the preceeding along.

There are a few doctors around the country who regularly castrate men on an elective basis. Just ask on the EA for one near you.

In a month or two another on the west coast may be available. Expect similar fees to what you've seen before.
