I've been lurking here off and on for roughly a year or so. I decided I may as well join and get access to full features, and if I have the opportunity, contribute.

I just finished doing a second Calcium Chloride injection a few days ago. I've had the desire to become a eunuch for a couple years, and I'm hoping I've finally done it. Otherwise I'll just have to take a break from it for a while and chill out.

Either way, I'm grateful for the work and research carried out by the users and pioneers here, and I wanted to drop in and say thanks. So, thanks!

The first round for some reason didn't effect my right testicle, but the left one became shrunken and hard. I'm guessing I missed and injected into my scrotum or just into a blood vessel or something. It seems like a difficult mistake to make and I'm still not sure how it happened that way. The pain was more than I anticipated and I ended up going to the ER where I was given dilaudid. Needless to say, this time I

was more careful and got some painkillers before hand.

What size of needle you used? how much mililiters injected?

I used a 28 gauge half inch needle with 1ml 30% solution on each side the first time. I've also done a couple experimental injections with small amounts of alcohol or CaCl2 at other times and experienced minimal pain. This time around I did .85ml into the right and about .15ml into the left and took hydrocodone and xanax. No ER visit, and I think this time will be successful.

Definitely pain is extremely variable and based on the amount you inject.

I never injected that much alcohol at once. I don't remember very well, but I used small amounts (< 1ml), just to see if it was painful, and never did them routinely or with a plan. That was a long time ago before I even read about calcium chloride.

As for CaCl2, there were several months between each injection in my case. The first one I did was several months ago 1ml in each side, but it didn't effect my right testicle, and roughly five days ago I did another injection (.85ml) into the right side, as well as a little (.15ml) in the left for good measure.

I don't know if it's safe to do more than 1ml of anything at once into a single testicle, and I would wait at least two weeks to do subsequent injections in any case.

One major difference between alcohol and CaCl2 in my experience is that with alcohol, depending on the proof, the pain is immediate, less intense, and goes away the same day. With CaCl2, the pain was more intense, and for the next week the effected testicles would be swollen and ache, and also cause soreness in my back.

If you are really serious about being castrated, then maybe it would be a good idea to get some scans done and then to go and see a urologist for a surgical solution. I also went the way of cacl injections but with the intention of causing sufficient damage to have my testicles removed surgically. I was successful in my endeavors.

Just make sure this is absolutely what you want as you are still very young and your outlook may change at a later date. That said, you could bank sperm for future use should this happen and you can always go on TRT in order to perform sexually should you desire. Even if you are not interested in a sexual relationship in the future it is still a good idea to go on a low dosage of TRT to prevent bone density loss, obesity and also potentially depression.

Absolutely. I'm planning on seeing the Urologist in the next two or so weeks to ask him about surgery. Unfortunately, he already understands my intentions and what I did, so he can't mistake the damage for anything bad like cancer that needs to be removed. I doubt he will be willing to remove anything but completely dead testicles.

If your iurologist won't play ball, pun intended, then maybe you should consult another urologist.
