I just remembered something. A restaurant owner from Taiwan once told me that there are barbecued chicken butts sold on skewers by food carts and trucks.

HE said they were tasty bits of barbecue and that you could fill yourself on chicken butts.

Not really off topic.

"Chicken bottoms" appear often in the subtitles of the Sammo Hung movie "China's Last Eunuch" - very possibly the worst movie ever made. It certainly has the worst (burnt in) subtitles ever done!

In fact, Jesus (A) and I refer to this flick by that name, rather than the real one.
