It was an older story that I used to find back when the story archive had search functionality. A guy gets a fake invitation to a party, get's kidnapped and wakes up bound and tied. The kidnapper, who's unrecognizable proceeds to vacuum out his testicles and leave them completely empty.

If you know the sexual orientation, the subject matter, etc. go ahead and look for it. I spent an hour finding the last one for someone and felt they could have done the same thing.
Hopefully someone will know off the top of their head. I'm afraid I don't though.

Suggestion for everyone here who's interested in the FICTION:
Write a review of the story for this board, including all of the terms by which you might someday want to find it. You can then use the Advanced Search feature to find your review and the name of the story.
ADVANTAGES: The author gets a positive review (far too rare an event) and you have a way to find the story again....
