Assuming it is actually a true story (which I highly doubt)... He's got only about a month. Because the average male gets a few erections every night. He'll use up his 100 just by sleeping.
Also I wonder if female hormones or anti-androgens (or some other means of stopping erections for a period of time) would allow him to heal?
Kind of reminds me of what Andrew Dice Clay (I think) said in the 90s:
There once was a young man from Dallas,
who loved to do things with his phallus
every trick he'd try
till by and by
it became little more than a leather-stiff callus.

Not in many years, unless it happens when I am asleep and never notice it. There is even a lady that well anyway even thinking about her and nothing. However its like my diet I do remember what it tastes like.
