Anyone Tried Estroven or any other plant based estrogen supplement since castration?

I was just wondering if these supplement products for menopausal women would help the adjusting eunuch? Help with hot flashes, sleeping, and possible bone issues? Would like some feminization and body "smoothing" but I doubt these would help at all with that?

I would imagine that there's not enough estrogen in them to make a difference. Maybe an estrogen contraceptive would do you better?
