Merry Christmas. . .

(it does move around the world, you know. In fact, in Bethlehem Israel it is just after midnight as I type)

So the Midnight Christmas Day is moving towards Europe.

It's 5pm still on the 24th as I (the chief nerd) type.

Merry Christmas and best wishes.

Who is responsible for today's Brit Christmas?

Charles Dickens ?

Prince Albert ?

Or just an evolution of Brit Christmas.

Early America did not observe Christmas and Congress met on December 25.

Christmas is not in the Bible, y'see .

America's adopting Christmas and surpassing the world with Coca Cola's

embodiment of Santa Claus from the American poem of an elfish sort in

"It Was The Night Before Christmas" poem.

Dickens ?

Albert ?

Or direct evolution ?

Moi 🚬

Joy to the world 🚬 🚬

Pass the plum pudding. More rum

Well Moi, I guess more Dickens... Prince Albert is a bit posh for me and I am too nice to be a real scrooge for long!
