Can't remember if this was posted before, but i think i'd remember it. There are a couple different news stories associated with the picture, but it seems it was a jealous "new bride" in some African Nation.

You can clearly see the cross section of the penis shaft. Also looks like the scrotum was cut through as it appears the testicles might be exposed.

I don't think all is lost for the first guy as they may be able to sew it back on although nerve and circulation damage would probably render it useless.

"penis severing" mostly occurs due to domestic issues. I've had to reanalyze and reconfigure the way relationships being with men I know very well have been going for me and I truly gave it some huge thought. Humans are not meant to be faithful creatures in general. Lot of mammalian species aren't anyways. Our chimpanzee relatives are grossly sodomistic too. I've come to the conclusion hey..... Fine your allowed to date whomever you want so long as you tell me in advance about him or her, the second party individual knows of me and third and above all the most important, Use a fucking condom!!!!!.
