So my question is, where can I buy some online and without prescription? Im living in Austria.

One possibility is to inject 3 month depo (whatever substance) before you cross the border.

In the "go to Moscow" scenario, I am actually much more concerned about someone not speaking Russian, trying to find and buy antiandrogens (interaction at the pharmacy, and availability of quantities for more than one month or so at one pharmacy).
