Guys, I have every intention of having my scrotum removed as I find the empty bag extremely uncomfortable and I also like the look. My testicles went the way of all flesh back in March this year.
My question to you is, have those of you who have already had their scrotum removed past castration found a significant improvement in comfort since having it removed. Just a quick ask and I would appreciate as many answers as possible.
Question for those who have already had their scrotum removed

Re: Question for those who have already had their scrotum removed
Other than physical appearance, what kind of discomfort does an empty scrotum cause? I'm currently hoping to someday be surgically castrated because of chronic pain in my testicles and have never even thought about the remaining scrotum. I've really given it no thought but perhaps that is because I still have testicles (even if they are small) filling it out. If there is going to be a pain/discomfort issue with my scrotum once my testicles are removed I certainly would want the scrotum taken care of as well. I wonder if having artificial testicles placed back in the sac for cosmetic appearance would solve the problem? I've had retractile testes since birth and they have never been as large as most normal men. With retractile testes my scrotum is empty fairly often as my testicles draw up inside my body. Having always been the "grape sized" nut man perhaps it would be fun to have a "big bull" set of artificial nuts constantly
dangling between my legs for once in my life? LOL Just kidding of course. Please shed some light on the post castration, empty scrotum issue for me.

Don't bother with prosthetic testicles. I've chatted with far too many men who have been very unhappy with them. They're hard plastic they're uncomfortable. You sit in them and they dig into your leg. They're shaped like little footballs.

Re: Question for those who have already had their scrotum removed
I had the Dr. cut off my ballsac with my testicles so I don't have a point of comparison between a full sac vs. empty sac. Dr. removed every bit of my scrotum, from the webbing down the base of my cock almost all way to my anus, so it is completely smooth there, just a scar and not even any pubic hair. It is very comfortable for me. I was concerned it might feel too tight but it doesn't. There was some numbness along the incision line for a few months but went away and feels completely natural now. I can wear tight undies and pants and it doesn't bother me. Also I stay a lot fresher smelling down there without my sweaty ballsac funking up my shorts. I think the scrotum has a lot of stinky sweat glands and I no longer have to deal with that, or shave my nads.

Re: Question for those who have already had their scrotum removed
When I had my testicles removed, my doctor asked me to wait a few months to decide if I wanted implants put in. After a few months, I decided not for put implants. I was ok with not having testicles and I didn't want to have them replaced after a few years. I never thought about he implants needing to be replaced.
I had a plastic surgeon completely remove the scrotal issue. There is more scrotal tissue than I thought. After it was done and healed, I noticed that I had some tissue left. I had the remaining scrotal tissue removed and now I'm completely without a scrotum. I hid the fact that I had no balls and scrotum, but now I very happy. There's an advantage in not having balls. Sitting in jeans feel nice. No pinching. Overall, I'm happy without balls.

Re: Question for those who have already had their scrotum removed
I had my scrotum cut off about 9 months after I had myself castrated and it is much more comfortable and clean. After a few months it is like there never was anything there. You need to tell the surgeon not tight, not loose. I think it is better to wait until your castration heals so the amount of scrotum to be cut off can be easily determined. Thee is no exact border retween th scrotum and the surrounding skin, and it is really just skin that you are getting removed.
