Can you explain me ... How i find my vas and how i should do the injection best ?

Easiest way is probable to feel the top of your epididymous and follow down to the tail. From there you can go up into the scrotum. It generally feels like a hard cord and not mushy like arteries and veins. All these are contained within a kind of sheath within the scrotum.

As for how to inject you will want to grasp the vas midway in your scrotum, isolate it close to the skin with your fingers and with a angle push your needle into the vas with the idea of having the needle being in the middle and following the center of the vas. Use a thin long needle (1.5-2 or more inches) maybe 20 gauge. If you have a long needle well into the vas you can pull it out slowly as you inject. Do a web search for illustrations of vasectomy, particularly graphic rather than photos for good clarity.

Thank you very much cutvasjan! I tried to find the vas today using your great explication and finally found my vas ! It will be kindly difficult to isolate and inject at the same time for me ....i think i need a third hand .... But i am going to try it !

Yeah, getting the vas still and isolated can be tricky. A clip like a cloths pin (wrap a rubber band around handle to lessen the spring tension) can hold the vas under the surface skin of the scrotum. Or just have a couple finger under the scrotum lifting the vas up and trap it with the thumb. A pair of modified hemostats work well for this. There was a research study some time ago that examined vas sclerorising using chemicals like alcohol as a non-invasive vasectomy alternative. Good information there if you can find it. I have a copy somewhere and might find the citation. For there to be any "drainage" from the vas to the testicle would require a couple of ml of solution in my opinion.

Hi cutvasjan,unfortnatly finding and hitting my vas is not that easy . I found them but i was not able to inject something in it. I keep on trying because u am sure that injecting the vas and the balls at the same time will bring better effects!
