I have many experiences in pushing an needle up to 2,5mm, or the last one was 3,2mm I think..., into the testis.

Yes it is hard outside, but if you fix the testicle hard, so it is easy to push it in with a bit slowly pressure... and it will slide in very easy then. :)

If you not fix the testicle and try to hold it only with the fingers, you will have any pain and/or you are not able to penetrate it.

For injecting, use the normal upside of testis and then go around in the inner of testis to inject the alcohol in multiple areas.

The testis is very smooth in the inner and you can slide around with the needle without pain.

I hold testicle by hand and have no difficulty to go through the hard part. Just tried today and inserted the needle all the way (1"), but could not inject anything! The problem is softer bottom part of the testicle that I think is enlarged epididymis and I afraid to inject into that part! When I hold testicle by hand it seams epididymis surrounds whole bottom part of the testicle and I can’t distinguish it clearly.

Do you mean partly withdrawing needle, changing direction and reinserting again?

I hope so, the idea of "stirring" the tissue with the needle just makes me cringe. :p

Yes, not complete out, but a bit back and in again in another direction. It's very easy, like there is nothing in the inner testis!

You feel it, if you are on the other side. The needle can't go out easily on the other side.

=> Use a very long needle (5cm+), you will need it and insert nearly the full lengt!

1" in is nothing and really not enough!

Tonight I injected my right Vas Deferens, I can't believe that it was July 2014 that I did the left side. So I followed the same technique and injected the right side about 20 minutes ago. Again it did not hurt and so far the ache is very dull, I daresay into the early hours it will, along with the swelling.

The left side remains much the same, hard and swollen, but not tender or painful.

Why?

I thought you were getting one testicle removed and having biopsy on second … What did urologist said?

Indeed Gen, I am still waiting for the date and I get impatient. I have a tendency to attack the male bits too. Yesterday I sticking needles into the penis too, just to hurt it.

Today slight swelling virtually no pain and quite comfortable.

5 minutes ago I injected 1CC of a mixture 33% Calcium Chloride and alcohol into my left Vas Deferens in an upward direction about an inch away from the last injection site

I have a friend on standby in case I need to go to ER.

So why? Well I am a little obsessive and I have been obsessing about his for sometime just to see what happens and I am curious. There are numerous papers about animals being injected in the Vas for sterilization and it is said to be painless. I also have a really painful prostate from years of prostatitis and there is a chance some of the fluid will reach my prostate and kill of some tissue there and maybe alleviate that particular area of pain in my life. I am hoping that when they come to remove the testicle they will have to take a good look at my prostate if the damage goes up towards it. It is certainly going to confuse them!

Anyway, so far just a very slight stinging sensation and nothing like testicle injections.

I am monitoring my blood pressure and temperature. Watch this space I will check in each day as I know some of you worry about me.

13 hours later. I have no pain, in fact had none at all, much to my surprise. Almost as if there are no nerves at all. The cord is swollen and not at all tender. It remains to be seen what it looks like when they finally remove it.

What I do know is that Vas injections are virtually painless and if they cause sufficient damage it could be the case that one injection would be enough have the whole thing removed, testicle and all.!

I think this has been a worthwhile experiment.

Almost 20 hours later there is a little pain in the cord, but nothing significant. The swelling is about the same as last time, but not as tender as near the epididymus. I feel no ill effects and I daresay the ache will go in a couple of days.

I think I have gone as far as I can go with this now!
