I go to Vincent Pallotti Hospital here in Cape Town. The technician did the scans and went over to the radiologist while I waited in the scan room laying on the bed. She came back and told me I can get the results on cd at the reception. True as bob!

Vincent Palotti has always been a good hospital. I am glad to hear that their standards haven't slipped like so many other standards in the new SA.

Hi Yoda, I did amazingly get some information today. it talks of calcification and heterogeneous worsening since previous scans and a reduction in size and thickening of the epididymus and cords. For the rest I have to wait to see a uro.....

As for the penis...yes. I have plans for this once I am over the orchie, However, I am not going to talk about that here as I think my idea is a complete pioneer journey and I don't want to encourage anyone to follow me.

I am more or less decided on what I will do.

I am going to be coy on this one as it is a real experiment and I would rather see whether it has legs or not. I am very sure that VAS injections do a lot more damage to the upper pole and epididymus, just as research shows that epididymal injections are effective for non reversible sterilization with virtually no pain. It seems to be as safe as injecting other areas with all the usual caveats and precautions and may well do more damage with less injections.

They are the best. It is there where I became a nullo. The doctors and staff are highly professional.

Hi jcat...I have toyed with the idea a lot regarding injecting the penis with CaCl. It could be very dangerous as blood flows very rapidly back into the body. I have done it with alcohol and really did not feel well afterwards.

If you do consider this, I think you should first band the penis before you inject. Then try to keep the band in place as long as possible. Still dangerous.

You should keep us informed...or at least a close friend because if something does go wrong, you can be rushed to the ER. We will not enjoy another Hash situation.

Hi Yoda, Thank you for your wise words. I have given a lot of thought to what I plan to do and I still have some time. Sometime ago I did inject .20 of alcohol into my penis just to see what it would feel like! I was on depo provera at the time and there was no chance of an erection or massive blood flow. I felt nothing at all. I have read of others that have done many such injections and ended up with Peyronie's disease like symptoms with a permanently hard, painful organ...not at all what I would like!

I will be very careful if and when I embark on this. Who knows after my castration I may be content and leave it there..... I guess one of my problems is an obsessive compulsive disorder and I don't mind harming or punishing myself. I do beat myself up a lot.

I am getting some pain form the cords being pulled upwards and because of the thickening and stiffness this is causing groin pain.
