Re: What was the reason that you had your scrotum removed

I'm twenty-one years old. My birthday was yesterday. I'm definitely getting my testicles removed and the scrotum or pouch of skin that they're in for that sleek or streamlined look or and because it's much more comfortable. I'm doing it for reason number one and reason number two. I started masturbating to pornography on the Internet when I was seven years old and living in the state of New York. I went to this website with mostly Asian women, and that was the first porn I've ever watched. I've been masturbating a lot since then. I think it's gradually reduced, or tapered, but I still would like to experience the peace or serenity of zero testosterone. I may get a total penectomy and vaginoplasty (also called colpoplasty) as well. I don't see a point in getting part of the penis removed. It makes no sense to me aesthetically or comfort-wise. Just like getting your penis removed and leaving your testicles attached makes no sense to me aesthetically or comfort-wise, but to each their own. No romantic partner ever asked me to get any surgery on my lower or nether regions. If a partner asked me to get plastic surgery somewhere else on my body I would consider it though. I'm black, Ecuadorian, and German. I'm heterosexual, but I'm kind of interested in becoming asexual.

It feels wrong and gets in the way it also looks nasty, most people who want to become a eunuch also want to loose all trace of what was there and to look smooth, I know I made up my mind that both must go there was never any point I wanted to keep my scrotum.

I hear you about your thoughts on penectomy, but for me, I like the idea of having a stump for several reasons:

1. I think a stump looks really cool. I have downloaded several pics from the net of guys with stumps and I really like the look.

2. Most women by the time they reach their mid to late 50's are no longer interested in penetrative sex anymore, but they still enjoy clitoral stimulation, thus a 1.5" stump will be perfect since this would not allow penetrative sex unless the woman were to sit upright on you. This length will however be perfect for clitoral stimulation which will be direct with the tip of the stump and not indirect like the rubbing of the penis on her clitoris during penetrative sex.

3 It will take much longer for you to orgasm and thus will allow the woman more time to be properly stimulated

4. Having a stump will allow you to achieve an orgasm more easily than without one. I have tried by using 2 fingers and my thumb on my penis and keeping the movement within the confines of the length I would like to have and I find that despite it taking longer to achieve orgasm, the feeling is far more pleasurable.

5. Having a ureostomy will allow you to wear a pad to absorb any ejaculate and thus drastically minimise the wet spot in the bed which most women hate.

There is only one downside that I can see to having a stump and that is should you get a spontaneous erection, the stump will stick out like a sore thumb literally LOL, but for me this is highly unlikely as I don't really get spontaneous erections during the day anymore, they are confined to night time.

This is my rationale, but before I make the final decision to shorten my penis, I need to do some more research. However my scrotum is definitely going and as soon as possible. I will be going to see my doc tomorrow to see whether I can get this done as a medical necessity and thus it will be covered by our Medicare and cost me either nothing or very little.

jako999, I feel the same way as you do and I actually asked my urologist to remove it at the same time as my testicles, but he advised against it. When I went to see him about a month ago, I mentioned the fact that I found the empty sack very uncomfortable and he then asked me whether I wanted to have him put in some prosthetics. I politely declined and told him that I wanted it gone and he told me to come and see him when I was ready to do this, but since this would be an elective procedure, it would cost me a small fortune, which is why I am going to see my GP tomorrow and try to get a referral to our government hospitals system to have it removed as aedical necessity, which if done this way would either cost me nothing or else very little.

I had my scrotum completely removed a year after my orchiectomy. My doctor wanted to give me time to think about implants, but I decided not to go down that route. My scrotum was removed by a plastic surgeon. Although I had a few weeks adjusting to my life without balls. I'm happy now. Not having anything below my cock, has it's advantages. No issues when it hot.

I admit that I think about whats missing down there. Overall, I happy without balls and the scrotum.

Just another question to those who have already had their scrotum removed. Was the scrotum removal surgery more painful post op as the original removal of your testicles or about the same

Did you find it much more comfortable after your recovery from the removal surgery. I know I find my empty scrotum to be very uncomfortable and I have an appointment with a surgeon on the 23rd of this month to discuss the removal of mine.

Not bad at all, but make sure that you know exactly what is intended. My removal resulted in much still remaining.

When I do have mine removed, I will be very specific as to how much I want gone. I will take in a pic I have off the net to show the desired result.

This an excellent idea. I'll take one to the doc early next month, then there should be no mistake. I don't want any of it left this time.

Mine was taken as part of the surgery to make me a complete nullo. I had been castrated 10 years before that.
