Got any more precise clues? A name, or some kinky habit? It's hard to narrow things down.
I think I was as precise as I could be in my original message, but let me see. The college-age brothers are lovers, of course. I think their kink was wanting to have one brother's balls removed, placed in the other brother's scrotum and surgically grafted onto the other brother's cords so they wouldn't die. They thought their young urologist friend, possibly still working toward his med degree, to do it, and had discussed it with him.
After a while, the first brother finally approaches the friend about surprising the second brother and going ahead with the procedure. It happens. The urologist agrees to duplicate the procedure after one year and transplant the four balls from the first brother into the second brother. The only other thing I remember is the urologist cautioning the brothers that, while they will still be able to ejaculate with the four balls, the semen will be sterile. Not that it matters, of course.
