Chemical castration regimen

So I have cyproterone acetate coming in the mail. I was just wondering what regimen I should use. I heard of 150 mg for the first week, then 100 mg the second, and then just take 50 mg for how ever long. Does anyone have any suggestions and does anyone suggest any other medications to counter act any side effects?

The recommended regimen is in the sticky. Osteoporosis can be mitigated by exercise , supplements, and/or medication. The other side affects you are simply going to have to deal with.
