The Cowper's Gland make the pre-cum which excretes the clear fluid that conditions the urethra so it is less acidic from urine, thus giving the seamen a better chance of surviving through the male equipment.

The prostrate also makes a clearish fluid that the sperm swim in that makes the bulk of the cum.

So a eunuch should be able to make both pre-cum and what they call a dry orgasm that doesn't have any swimmers in it unless the prostrate is removed. I have never heard of the Cowper's Glad being removed but I would stand corrected on that point.

Castrated men find it difficult to respond to sexual stimulation, they don't become erect so easily and don't produce so much pre-cum. How long ago was your friend castrated, and is he on hormone replacement therapy?

I still can produce precum if I am very excited and it has been 16 years since my castration. I have never used HRT and still masturbate.

As a guy who never had functional testicles, and who is now a eunuch, I can say that there are changes that occur from both age, and castration. While I never had a very large prostate , it is now really tiny, and the production of seminal fluid has greatly reduced over the years. I do sometimes pre-cum, but that was always a crap shoot with me anyway. Personally I love to see a guy that leaks like crazy, but unfortunately I have never been one of those.

Several friends of mine who are long time eunuchs using HRT have reached the point where the only release is pre-cum, orgasms are totally dry. Some others do not pre-cum either. As with most things YMMV

Although I am on hrt as my life was pretty hellish without it, I still produce pre cum in about the same quantity as before and my ejaculation is now more impressive than before I was castrated as it is now not so thick more watery and it spurts rather than dribbles, never having this before it impresses me and was something I wasn't expecting, my orgasm's seem more intense as well, but that maybe because they aren't so frequent as before, as most of the time I cant be bothered to get to that stage I start thinking of more mundane things like what's on TV.

It's always been that once in a while instead of being clear as usual sometimes it comes out as somewhat brown (actually red as in a drop of blood) for some unknown reason which I've never had anyway of finding out.
