Some of you may remember me. I was castrated by Dr. Kimmel on 10/20/2008. God bless Dr. Kimmel - he changed my life. I just recently found out that he died last year. Here is his obituary:
DR. MURRAY KIMMEL, age 83, died on October 28, 2013.
He was a renowned physician and urologist in Philadelphia for over 50 years.
He was one of the 1st urologists to perform a kidney transplant in Philadelphia.
At one time, he served in 5 different hospitals in Philadelphia.
He was related to the Sidney Kimmel Family and the biggest joy in life was his family.
He was on staff at Jefferson, St. Mary Medical Center, Albert Einstein Hospital, and St. Joseph's Manor
and he was Lt. Commander in the U.S. Navy.
There was a lot of speculation back then about his age. Turns out he was 78 when he castrated me.
On another note - this board has changed a lot in 5-years. I'm a bit lost.
I'm back after 5 years.

Welcome back. It would be good to know by those of us who more recently became this way what your experience as a eunuch for almost five years now has been. In what ways has your life been changed, and not?
The site is what the various contributors make of it, moderated by its overseers. It ebbs and flows as often older active members eventually leave following their castration and new ones come on board.

Welcome back, I am glad your still happy with your castration and we who where made eunuchs by Dr Kimble remember him and thank him.
The board has changed sense you were last here, for one the political section is gone, it created a distraction to the purpose and goals of this site. Also the story board has been remade and updated to conform to ISO standards. Like all things we hope we have made the site better. We are no longer attached with BME who gave us our start and we now stand alone, as always we thank BME for all they did for us.
So again welcome back and enjoy the new us.

Well, I'm still hanging around somehow. You may remember me as 'Dev'. My computer time is very limited these days. Anyway I do remember you and welcome back.

Re: I'm back after 5 years.
Thanks, all of you. My interest in the EA waned rapidly after the surgery. I do apologise for the long delay in coming back, but I went through some changes (lol) that took a while to settle down. I think the hot flashes were the worst - now they are less often and not so severe.
There is a big difference in the wannabee eunuch and the "real" eunuch. When your testosterone is no more, your brain works differently than before. Before - I was thinking sexual thoughts all the time. After - I hardly think about sex at all. More importantly, sexual thoughts do not cloud my thinking and judgment. Therefor, I have more time to spend thinking about everything else! I wouldn't call it "eunuch calm" but more like "eunuch peace." I am at peace with myself. No more fighting off unwanted sexual thoughts or engaging in risky behavior and having to stifle an urge. It is gone - I am no longer at war with my testosterone induced cravings. Gone. Peace. Thank you Dr. K.
I am a married eunuch. I am still married to the same woman for 49+years now. When we exchange back rubs, I joke about how we are having sex! We still kiss and hug, but a back rub is about as physical as it gets. I had my last orgasm the morning before the surgery almost 6 years ago. I probably could induce an orgasm, but I have lost all interest in that sort of thing. More importantly, having lost all interest in sex, I also don't miss it, and have no regrets. It is ended and gone. Hurrah.
Shrinkage? You bet. I am like I was before puberty at 14. I don't care at all. I have only one use for that organ now. Erections? Yes, mostly at 3am, I can wake up with one, but it fades rapidly. Again, I don't care or regret. Sexual activity is possible, but of no interest as it is strictly mechanical.
I feel sorry for those wannabees who fantasize about being castrated. If they were to be castrated for real, they would lose their desire for it, and they would lose the fantasy too. I can remember getting an email from some swingers who used castration play to "spice up" their sexual activity. What they didn't understand is that castration deletes the sex drive, not enhances it! Now when someone "comes on to me" I laugh politely and say "no thanks." But inside, I feel only pity for them... because they lack understanding of what is real and what is just fantasy and nonsense.
