For me, I wished I had not lost as much strength. You always have to accept the disliked parts with the liked parts.

I've always wondered why someone would regret being castrated, unless he regrets not being able to make babies or miss the "look-and-feel" of his balls between his legs. Taking T would otherwise restore what the missing testicles used to provide. Why commit suicide?

But, removing the penis is a total different ball of game. If that thing is gone...well you can imagine, right (Extreme frustration, depression). Removing the penis is something that you should really want with all your soul or you'll end up in the loony bin.

I have never regretted life after castration but I have regrets from prior days. Before castration I had regrets that I was not comfortable with myself. I regret some of my behaviors when I was driven by T. I regret it was not done sooner in my life when I knew something was wrong but not what it was. Now I am my true self and finally regret free.

Very well said. I could not have put it better.

I have been castrated a short time, I am very happy with that. I am not on HRT but still get a softish erection and can masturbate, I am expecting that to go in time. I still have balls but they are shrinking. The main thing sex is not a subject that's on my mind all the time, hardly at all, great
