I'm cismale, very masculine and muscular, not submissive, but have a strong desire to have a vagina and remain male. In the near future I plan to speak with a therapist about this desire, and go from there. Networking with guys, especially young, masculine guys who have the same desire is why I joined. But I'd also like to talk about nullification and any other related genital modification.
I'm not sure if this fantasy will ever become a reality. So far, I feed it by tucking and wearing female thongs/bikini bottoms or using a piece I bought from Koala swimwear. I'll put pictures up to show what I look like soon.
This is not an all-consuming desire, its not like it is something I think about and has more to do with my personal identity than sex, although I think my sex-life will improve greatly if I ever go through with this.
The only concerns I have about actually going through with penis inversion surgery is being castrated. I don't want balls, but I'm not sure if my desire is enough that I'd be willing to take supplements for the rest of my life. Other than that, I know that if I had this done, I wouldn't regret it.
I don't just want penis inversion surgery, but further vaginoplasty to make it look as much like a real female vagina as possible.

Re: Why I Joined
Hi and Welcome,
You have come to the right place for frank discussion about all things regarding genital modification. There are many sane and helpful people here. Exploring your desires requires that you search yourself, and have input from others with similar thoughts and ideas.
That said, be forewarned that there are very few therapists who would even consider recommending a male for bottom only SRS. At this point , the whole medical community is still very binary when it comes to sexuality. While they seem willing to recognize gay/straight the idea that there are people who desire to be either neuter, or some blending of genders is still too far out for them to grasp.
Certainly castration as part of a penis inversion would be necessary. Would be unattractive, and very inconvenient to have a vagina and testicles, and there is no safe way to embed them within the body cavity,so you would be required to use some sort of HRT to remain in other ways male.
Take your time and explore deeply your fantasies , be sure of the path you wish to take, and then once you know for sure what is best for yourself, you can proceed in that direction. The surgery you have in mind would likely need to be done either in the far east or Mexico. It is also a cost you will need to bare without the assistance of insurance.
Good luck, and may you find the answers you seek.
