At what age were you aware of castration?

DHEA helps me to feel better also, Transdermal seems to be the best, hoping it does not convert to Estrogen.
It does help with energy, weight management and that for me, erections are not as hard, however I can still get up, ejaculations are rather weak though and I loose the erection almost immediately after no stimulation with just DHEA. It takes work to get it up as before it would just get up on it's own, then stay hard for a while, or always semi erect, now it is from an approximate 4" inches flaccid to about 2.5" now, erections before were an approximate 8.5" hard and now they are about 5.5" and not as firm. So far no heat sweats on just DHEA and I like the feeling. I am running at about 150Mg a day which seems to be working for me. Also remember I am prescribed Arimidex to combat the Estrogen/E2, which works very well. I am looking into herbs now. From what I can tell Suma Root and Pine Pollen work very well as an HRT along with the DHEA, I am hoping this will restore a little more sexual function. I am feel very level headed, I suffer from anxiety so I do use a Benzodiazepine, after loosing my testicles due to injury, I have had problems with premature ejaculation, something I had never had problems with before, well to name the one most noticeable I never had this problem until loosing the testicles.
I actually feel better on the high Dosing of the DHEA than the Testosteorne at this time.
I had always used Androgel, 10% brought my levels back up to where they were before I lost the testicles, however the pricing the hassle etc, has became a real problem with this Obamanation care, I have to pay out of Pocket for all my Testosterone now. I can't afford all the monies for the drug coverage then it is a hassle to get them to approve your much needed medication anyway, so I am finding away around this. Being in the filed of Male hormone replacement at one time, I am going to try to see what works best for me.

Re: At what age were you aware of castration?
I first learned that testicles might become lost from injury in my early teens. However, I didn't think of "castration" as such.
I probably first became aware of castration when I saw an urologist in my early 20s re testicular pain. I was really frightened when he told me that my recurring pain, tendency towards testicular infections, etc. was the result of a congenital condition and would only get worse with age. The result was that my cords were very short (1/4" as opposed to the 1" and more in most guys). He advised that the only sure "cure" was removal of the testicles, or castration. While initially frightened, I resolved to follow his advice and undergo castration when I felt it was time. For some reason or other I thought I would be alright without them, in part because the doctor assured me that the testosterone production could be maintained. I'd just be a guy without balls. While I didn't do it for many years, I've now been castrated for 15 years and was quite relieved when I had it done. No regrets!

She explained how they had their balls removed and sometimes their penis too. She did explain to me what my balls and dick are for and how they would change when I go through puberty. Up until that point I paid very little attention with my balls.
Since the age of 5, I wanted my dick gone when a teacher from school threatened to cut it off by placing a big scissors next to it. I was scared and started to cry and I remember I also wanted her to cut off at the same time. Ever since then I always dream about seeing my dick cut off.
I wish I have never entered puberty, I would much rather having hairless balls and dick.
Your teacher was a SICK FUCK...

zipoid67 (imported) wrote: Fri Mar 14, 2014 1:27 pm I never really thought about castration until the summer I turned fourteen.
Dad worked on the Interstate highway construction boom, so we moved a lot, and the year I turned fourteen we moved into a house next to a farm.
The farmer had three sons: big and burley seventeen and eighteen year old John and Tom were standoffish towards me and gave their eleven year old brother Richard a lot of crap, but I kind of liked the little guy. He showed me all his favorite places, including the pond where they sometimes swam. He could go there any time he wanted but he couldnt get in the water unless someone else was with him. It was hot that day, so he shed his clothes and waded in, just like he did with his brothers, and after some cajoling I joined him. We splashed around for a while and got out to dry.
He was still a prepubescent kid but I was a fully feathered Man, sort of, anyway, and he had some Man questions he wasnt comfortable asking his dad or brothers. I told him what little I knew and just talking about it gave me a boner, and that inspired him to ask about masturbation. Hed heard his brothers talking about beating off and he knew it had something to do with sex but didnt know what, so I gave a demonstration by tossing one off into the grass.
He must have professed some of his new education to his brothers, because the next time we went to the pond they followed us. They had the elastrator tool used to castrate calves with them and they held me down while Richard, threatened with a beating, put the band on my nutsack. I couldnt get it off with my fingers and in the fifteen minutes it took to get home and find the nail trimmers my balls had turned dark red and were getting cold and hurt like a bitch and I was sure Id been castrated.
Later that year some other kids joked about turning each other into steers. I laughed along with them, not willing to talk about the near miss that had scared the shit out of me.
We moved again in two years, and for the first time ever I was glad to be changing schools.
I've never seen this thread before, and this was the first account I read. Thanks for sharing. What an amazing story.

There it was that my father said he had to talk with me and spoke about testicles, seeds, penis, vagina and eggs. Surprised I referred to a dirty joke boys told about fucking. Yes, my father agreed that it was like the point of the joke. That night I cried the whole night long. My parents did such dirty things like fucking, I was a seed, just a seed. My genitals were not only to piss with.
I never had "The Talk" thank goodness. Prior to puberty a friend who was a few years older than I showed me a book on sex education. It was called SHOW ME! by Will McBride and it had big pictures of, well, everything. After that I knew where the penis went and why.

Re: At what age were you aware of castration?
Well, since Dr. Frank took the thread to the laboratory and resurrected it, I'll play too. I was aware of castration of animals at a pretty young age. My grandfather usually had a steer on his few acres that he would have butchered for beef. One uncle had a farm and a few cattle along with a couple of horses. Another uncle was the foreman on a large cattle ranch. So I was probably between 6 and 8 but I didn't connect it with people until age 12 when it was discovered I had an undescended testicle. I remember sitting in the surgeons office while he and my mother discussed options. I distinctly remember my mother asking about cancer possibilities and the word castration coming out of her mouth.
Of course she was talking about a unilateral orchi not bilateral but I didn't know that. The surgeon decided to try and save it by orchipexy but its' atrophied and moved back up.

Re: At what age were you aware of castration?
It started pretty late for me when I was around 23, I am 28 now, still am a normal "reproductive" guy but haven't done anything about it in real life though.
I think I randomly stumbled on a comic where the super hero was captured and tied up, his bulging muscle rendered useless and his big masculine pronouncing crotch was just sitting there for his worst enemies to harvest anytime they wanted. ( Of course it didn't happen in the comic, but in my mind I thought about that scenario over and over again )
So that's my story on why I ended up in here!
