Thought I'd share the results of several years' browsing.

Source 1: Japanese Cartoons. If you log on to the most comprehensive image gallery you can select the tag "Castration" - but I have to admit there isn't much. About the best is one of a nurse grasping a boy's scrotum with one hand while with the other she brandishes a pair of pliers (cue "Bye-bye spermatic cords!) Also another nurse, minus her pants, also grasping a boy's scrotum, but without any implement. Annoyingly there are umpteen pictures of nurses holding hypodermics but with no accompanying boy!!

While on the subject of hypodermics, if you select the tag "Little penis" you may, with an effort, retrieve an image of two boys side by side. One has normal-sized boy parts. The other has the penis of a 3-year-old and his scrotum is barely visible. This is how I've always imagined Neutersol would affect a boy's private parts.

Source 2: the extensive coverage of T-girls. The narrative with each "girl"s gallery of images as often as not includes the words "Suziki (or whoever) had a castration operation in her teens to remove her balls". In all the pictures I've seen, the empty scrotum has grown out into a patch of skin of a darker colour - no loose dangly bits.
