How often do you have to deal with them? Is a condition for all your life as eunuch?

No you do not have to deal with them all your life. The rest I do not remember since I was castrated over 16 years ago. I do remember one of my first when I was driving my car in winter. It hit and I could not get the windows open fast enough and when it was over I could not close the windows fast enough. Trust me it might feel like you are going to burst into flames but you never do.

I am just over two years down the line and they have almost stopped just the odd one every now and then and they don't last that long.

No problems driving the car. It was a complete physical experience and there were no cognitive problems. I remember being in a group of people or in a meeting where I would have one. My skin would flush while I was having a flash and while reassuring everyone I was fine I wanted to tear off my clothes. Ice water instead of hot caffeinated beverages I remember helping. When you are having hot flashes reducing caffeine is the best thing to do.

As for myself after I became an actual eunuch (as opposed to being "hypogonadic" that is) and finally was able to get an orchiectomy, I no longer suffered from periodic intermittent hot flushes. It was my cure.
