Tis the season for floods and mud slides.

Moi are you where you will be safe?

I am high, , no I mean in elevation too

with a well drained lot and no hill that can come down on me.

The hills around my lot have good root systems.

When the n'hood was new in '64, hills did slide. But, not for decades now.

You can flood the whole State of Ohio and see less coverage that one muddied street in California.

The effected area really is not that big. Just near Hollywood

Why 1964 was fifty years ago. That means that you are one half of the way through a hundred years.

We know what that means --

50% chance and rising of washing away with the hillside floods

(a 1 in a 100 year chance event by your own admission)

with the probability rising, it's all downhill from here on!
