While thinking those thoughts, it came to my mind that with lawyers advertising their services to sue because of being prescribed testosterone replacement for low testosterone. Since, according to them that can cause someone to have a heart attack and/or other problems in older men (60 or more) why doesn't the AMA advocate that men that old be able to be castrated with no questions. For that matter, why not make the procedure available to any man desiring it?

Bilateral orchiectomy last fall. I do have what I call nocturnal 'phantom erections' occasionally. I wake up feeling like I have an erection but when I reach down there it is flaccid. I use estrogen for HRT.

Castration,

Lots of pain before and I still get phantom pains every now and again even after so many years.

My hubby, who has lost the entire external part of his penis, tells me from time to time that he has an erection. I assume he's meaning he has a phantom feeling, though he hasn't used that term to describe it.

Both testicles removed surgically on 03/15 this year, no phantom feeling at all, just find the empty scrotum a pain in the ass and can't wait to have it removed.

Am on 2 pumps of Axiron per day and all works very well. Quick drying and easy to apply. Container has an applicator and you pump the liquid into the applicator and wipe into the armpits. I use 1 pump per armpit per day. Solution is 2% and each pump is 1.1 CC.

Want to go on implants, and have a script for them, but none available in Aus at the moment.

Bilateral orchiectomy 6 years ago. No HRT. Occasional phantom minor testicular or cord pain on occasion during weather changes. Sexual dreams lasted about 5 years after castration. Erections are still possible and sometimes spontaneous.
