I was asked if i regretted being made a eunuch. The answer is no, even though i am one of these who never intended to be one, but after medical necessity and mental adjustment, I have found it increasingly pleasurable.
So I asked another question: "Knowing how it feels now, would I have wanted it without the necessity? I think i would, but probably not in my much younger years. Even so, I would probably have wanted it sooner than in fact when it happened.
So, many ask if they too should join the castrated, as if i could advise on how it will turn out. I can't because I'm me, and not anyone else. It was good for me, and yes, I have a regret that it was not sooner.
Did it turn out so well for you too? I hope so, but if it didn't, why?
Would you regret living as a eunuch?

Re: Would you regret living as a eunuch?
I needed to get it done when I did to get off the blockers and draw a line under things. GD was driving me F'in mad slowly but surely, I think I was 45. . . ish. I'm glad I had the life I had, the experiences I had, the sex that I had. I did it and I can look back on it and enjoy those memories. If I'd done it sooner I think perhaps I might have thought I should have waited because I would have missed out on some stuff and I would have been aware of that and regreted it, I had some boxes that needed ticking. I'd defintely say to anyone considering getting rid of their balls "Live as much of your life as you can before you take the plunge and try not to leave any empty boxes" Unless of course those boxes require suffering of another breathing being before they can be signed off.

Re: Would you regret living as a eunuch?
We are all different with a different outlook on life I wanted to be a eunuch for years but decided I also wanted a full life first marriage and children even then I left it a few more years until I knew something just seemed right I had done all the so called normal things and that part of my life was complete then it was the right time for me to for fill my life long wish and make me the way I should be. For some there is no choice but I think the main thing is hopefully we have all got a long life so there is no rush its a one way street it has to be right any hint of hesitation you need to say NO and just wait, if its meant to be then it will happen.

..
Like Jako, I too waited until I had sown my oats, raised my kids and my wife was no longer interested in sex. Actually, the urge to reduce my sex drive, for me anyway, didn't begin until after I had had all these life experiences. Perhaps I was just too caught up with everyday life all those years. In any event, I took my time to be sure that this was what I really wanted. With my wife's support, I first experimented with chemical castration. Then I looked for a surgeon who was willing to castrate me permanently. I have no regrets having now become a eunuch or for not doing it sooner and don't miss anything of my old self, preferring the person who I have become. Today, I think that I am in more control of and comfortable with my inner self.

Re: Would you regret living as a eunuch?
I would not want to be a eunuch IRL. I remember when I was 13 or 14 and I'd wake up at 3 am with a rock hard erection and an uncontrollable desire to whack off. I know that many people don't enjoy that sort of loss of control but I loved it. I'd jack off (often times to fantasies of castration) and afterworlds I'd feel completely satisfied and at peace. The was no guilt religious or otherwise.
I'd hate to lose my balls and the idea of losing it all is even worse. Just the word nullification is horrible. It means to be made powerless and inconsequential. From the age of 5 to abut 13 I'd sometimes have nightmares that I'd been nullified. They felt so real and they were so powerful that I'd awake in a cold sweat convinced that I really was a eunuch. Then I'd reach down and feel the greatest relief of my life when I discovered than I was still male.
I'll enjoy castration and being a eunuch but only in my fantasies. If it was possible to have it all removed and then grow it back ten weeks later as good as new, well I'd agree to that. But I'll never agree to anything that is irreversible.

Re: Would you regret living as a eunuch?
The fantasy and realities are so important to separate. Maybe this is the key to avoiding regret, and yet still living a dream for many.
I very much enjoy being a fine old eunuch, but would caution making the choice for everyone, particularly the young and the newly considering.
Like unencumbered, I am very much the better for it, but after other good stages in life had already been enjoyed, Be careful what you wish for.
