Ears and noses

When men grow older, their nose and ears keep growing. Is there any chance that hormones can stop or slowdown this process?

Oh dear I have huge ears and my nose is not on the small side either! Is there no hope? A shrinking penis and enlarged nose! what you lose on the genitals you gain on the face!!

The injustice of it all! Just as one achieves a modicum of the wisdom of advancing years, the nose and ears fight back, and then there's the ever new-found hair sprouting in both. At least the penis has the good sense to bow out gracefully.
