Hi all,

After many years I'm finally starting siterone coming the new year. Ideally this will lower my libido, and reduce erections, as well as the size of my genitals. However, I know that everyone is different. There are several posts asking how much one can expect to lose in size once castrated, but I was wondering: Has anyone experienced no or little change in their penis size, or their ability to reach orgasm or become erect? I'm 25 and I'm worried it might have little effect on me after all :-/.

I've been taking Siterone now for four months. It definitely works to lower my libido. I no longer have erections and forget about orgasms. My penis does appear to have gotten shorter, from a flaccid 4" to 3". No change in thickness. My balls definitely ride higher and closer to my body. They might be a bit smaller too, but I didn't pay much attention to measuring when I started.

My experience... Penis size reduced 20%. Testicles measure about the same size but are no longer firm, but deflated and squishy. Nighttime erections almost entirely gone. Spontaneous erections almost entirely gone. I can get a somewhat firm but not exceptionally hard erection with sufficient manipulation. I can orgasm while firm, but it's a dry orgasm (no cum).

First, about experiencing no effects while on Siterone. I was on relatively high doses of Androcur for a couple of months. Although my spontaneous erections and night time erections were gone, and ejaculate turned clear, my sex drive remained, though diminished a lot. When I supplemented Androcur with Tamoxifen, my sex drive was wiped clean. I could drop dosages significantly, and remained free of erections, ejaculate and sex drive. After being on and off this regiment for 4 years, I was able to stop Androcur and remain permanently as a happy eunuch. I stayed on Tamoxifen to help prevent further feminization and avoid osteoporosis. It's been this way for quite a few years now. (Please check out my posts a few years ago with all the details.)

Second, my originally not big penis took a while to shrink. Before it was about 3 inches soft. Now it is usually at about 1 inch. But the length comes back sometimes. Girth dropped by a little but not by much. I could get myself hard, with a fair amount of work, but only at the very special occasion that occurs once 1 to 2 months. I feel the hard size went from 5.5 inches to now about 4.

I can still experience satisfying orgasms after some manipulation of my completely soft (but slightly puffed up) penis. I need at least a couple of days before I can do it again. But I am happy not to do it at all for months at a stretch.

Castration will affect your penis size. If you rarely have erections it will diminish whether you are castrated or not. After castration since you will be having fewer erections your penis size will atrophy to about 70% of its original erect size. That is my experience.

I think more guys should be castrated vice vasectomy so that they will be more content, more submissive, less dominant, and more slave-like to their lover. Especially after the age of 35, and if they are married; Calcium Chloride or chemical castration with androcure should be the protocol.
