What are the little green boxes/circles under member names??

Hi,

This should be easy and quick...

Under the members screen names there are from 1 to many little green boxes/circles... when I mouse-over...they say different things that seem to relate to member "ratings". I have one box...and it says I'm an "unknown quantity at this point". How does one "earn" or acquire additional boxes and more favorable comments?

Some other user like me needs to click on the star and say they like your post. Now if I do it you will have about 20 little green boxes, where as if someone with 3 little green boxes does it you may end up with two.

Actually I think the whole thing is a scam but under the covers we set limits and when you go over you get a new rank, from time to time we need to go into it and modify it and make it harder because everybody has 20 little green boxes.

What the hell I will give you some so you too will be like the rest of us.
