Just starting a three month chemical castration trial using siterone.
Hello everyone at EA. Having closely read most of the threads on this forum I have decided to have a three month trial of chemical castration. I have always hated my genitals and always wished I was born female. Being close to retirement I have considered transitioning and a trial using hormones will hopefully help me decide if this is right for me.
Last week I have started taking 100mg of siterone ( I am going to follow the advice given on one of the threads ) and hope to be fully castrated in three weeks time where I will reduce the dosage to a maintenance dose of 50mg and could reduce more if it maintains the effect. In two months time I will supplement the siterone with 2mg of estrofem and monitor the progress. If all goes well I will consider having a orchidectomy in the USA.
Since starting the siterone last week already I have noticed for the first few days a distant headache, disrupted sleep pattern and pleased to say a very quick reduction in testicle size ( no aches from the testicles though ). If anything my night time erections have been stronger and no loss of libido at all.
I know we will all have different reactions to anti androgens and I assume the stronger night time erections and probably heightened libido could be the bodies way of trying to counteract the siterone and will abate quickly? I am hoping that by three weeks time the effects of the siterone will have made me fully castrated.
I will continue to post my results and would love to hear from others about their experience of chemical castration.

Hi Everyone,
As promised my first update is now after a week on siterone 100mg day. Well the good news is the dull headaches seem to have gone, sleeping a bit better at night. Glad to say no adverse reactions. Not so good is I can still get a strong erection and orgasm with considerable emission although it is starting to become clear, and no reduction in libido ( my left testicle has shrunk much more than the right one! )
I am hoping the effects will start to show much more this week. I will of course post my progress next week.

Hello Genchick,
The post I refered to should be at the top of the list in chemical castration and hormones. It's titled due to requests, chemical castration protocols.
That gives a guide to various methods and doseages.
Regards
Christine

Go to www.inhousepharmacy.biz
If you're concerned about possible feminization (breast growth), also order some Tamoxifen (Genox).
Good luck. I just completed my fourth month on Siterone and Genox.

I think it will be more like three months than three weeks. I also took estrofem at the some time.

Hi I am shrinking. I ordered my siterone from www.inhousepharmacy.biz but be prepared for the horrific customs charges if in the UK. All is going well and I think I have reached full chemical castration without checking T levels ( no errections or emissions on the rare occasion I can achieve orgasm, and very little libido ) I will stop the siterone gradually after my three month trial ( curious to see how long things take to return to normal, if at all! )
The next stage will be serious consideration for a orchidectomy in the USA.

Hi everyone. I have now finished my trial and have reduced the dose of siterone gradually and now have stopped completely. Its been 2 weeks since I stopped and I have started getting erections again although not very strong and not lasting long. I am curious to see how long it takes to get my full libido back.
In my mind the trial was a success and I still had very strong feelings of wanting to transition so perhaps I will have another trial and seriously consider a orchidectomy. For my next trial I may try depo provera

Anyone considering siterone/cyproterone should know that it can lead to severe depression, even to the extent of suicidal thoughts. Only take this drug when prescribed by a physician.
