I am not so sure that a person minus his balls but taking HRT can really be called a Eunuch. I have my thoughts on this. With HRT, the T is still in his body.

"oneballboi"... I could easily let myself get offended at your implied supposition that HRT or TRT in someway "disqualifies" one from eunuch status. I'm fully castrated....I'm proud of that, and proud to be a eunuch. I'm on HRT (a controlled and managed balance of estrogen and testosterone) to minimize the negatives of rapid T depletion to my body while maximizing the feminization that's occurring.). That in no way minimizes the emotional or physical effects that castration has given me. If indeed you have "one ball" as your name implies, then by definition you are not even close to being a eunuch...and I'm starting to resent that you've commented at all. But... in the spirit of tolerance (and the season), you're entitled to you opinion..... right or wrong.

OneBallBoi to the best of my knowledge is now no ball boy but he has had that screen name for a very long time. We have discussed before and have felt free to self identify as we see fit. Many members who have had their testicles removed but have used full T replacement identify as men. They just did not like their testicles. Others of us wanted rid of the T but had no issues with our testicles other than they produced the majority of T. I have never used any HRT and I identify as a third gender, a eunuch. You may call yourself what you may based on your self identification. I understand OBB's seeing a difference and often others using HRT see themselves differently. I am not a man without balls I am eunuch. No need for offense as we are free to be who we are.

Yes, Tugon, when I became a Eunuch, UncleFlo asked to keep my name and so I did because I have a high respect for UncleFlo. I like you, take no HRT, like being a Eunuch. Yes, there are negatives with no HRT, I have lost a lot of strength, and the osteoporosis is a concern. I forget to take my Fosamax about 50% of the time. When it is a once a week pill it gets easily forgotten. Thanks for your reply.
