What's next for me?

I am a 48 year old male who has been taking an mtf hormone regimen for almost 2 years. As a result, I have had moderate breast development and my testosterone level is around 100. I have taken off weight and lost most of the stomach that I did have.

I do not have a big desire to present myself as female. But, I do like the female shape and physique. I enjoy wearing tops now that show my breasts slightly extending out, rather than a stomach. However, I hate my male package.

About 15 years ago, I had a testicular hydrocele that caused a significant swelling in one of my testicles. For over a year, I had to visit my urologist for periodic lancings to drain off extra fluid. Eventually, I had surgery to correct the problem. but, years later, even after hrt, I still have one larger side that makes my package stick out all the more.

I am tired of lugging around and showing off what I consider to be useless equipment. I have been through a marriage and have two great kids. I do not have a desire to pursue another sexual relationship and certainly don't feel like I would want to father any more new kids at this age.

Since I have taken off weight and gotten rid of most of my extra flab, I would like to be able to wear more slender styled clothing, including pants. I would prefer to have a smooth crotch with nothing bulging out. I consider my penis useless and am first considering an urethral reroute. Ultimately, I would like to rid myself of both penis and testicles.

I would appreciate any comments, advice and/or shared experiences. Additionally, I would like any recommendations on good medical providers who would help facilitate my direction and desires. I am in the Boulder, CO area, but would consider traveling to see the right doctor.

Many happy eunuchs here, but I suspect that the happiest are those who gave castration good consideration before having it. There are many effects, not all easily predictable, and there is probably no place like EA to tap into so much pooled experience and compassion for those contemplating the journey. As is often said your mileage may vary, so make sure that you are ready and informed as well as ready to take the risks that go with it. Ask around....

I was just wondering and this may not be the forum to ask but when you reach castration level does your "cum" change in color (white) to a yellow-tint fluid? I have noticed that I when I do cum its not very much like a couple of squirts and thats not very much. Thank you for any information on this.

As far as I know yellow or yellowish semen is not related to castration. Yellow is a normal color variation for semen. --FLO--
