I'm one of the rarer cases here where sexual frustration was the problem. I'm 26 and have never had a girlfriend (or boyfriend), I haven't even ever kissed. At first I tried Cyproterone (Androcur/Siterone), I was taking doses as high as 200 mg/day and it did nothing on my libido. Now I've been on GnRH agonists (Triptorelin) since May. I'm not happy with those results either. I masturbate only a couple of times a month, but get erections easily when in the vicinity of an attractive girl (I met a girl in a pub on Friday, we played snookers together with her and her friend). I am still addicted to dating sites and of course get rejected all the time. I really would like to get rid of any interest in sex.
I suspect that given your situation, you might want to work with a psychologist, and figure out what you are doing that sabotages your own efforts.
I've been to psychiatrists for years with occasional visits to psychologist, but he tested me and hinted that there isn't much really wrong with my behaviour or social skills that I'd need to change. Mating behaviour is about looks and sexual attraction. There's basically nothing I can do to raise my chances.

I was 33 years old when I first had sex with somebody else. I was 34 when we married.
A kind of castration fixation is an shadow which I have since a long time and my wife knows about.
For me this castration fixation have been better and worse. In times it was worse I took cyproterone acetate. With taking it the fantasies go away together with the libido. This however I used to get away again from cyproterone. The negative side of cyproterone for me is to have some bad blood test results and to loose body strength.

It's only impossible because you think it's impossible. My Mother always said, "Can't never could do anything". I truly believe there is someone for everyone. You just have to find each other. An example: I've known a particular individual since the mid 80s. He does general factory work for me. He only has a couple teeth, rarely showers, cuts his hair or changes clothes and drinks too much. He's not allowed to drive and is functionally illiterate. But he has a knack for mechanical things, is trustworthy, loyal and follows instructions to the letter. About 5 years ago he met a woman. A nice person but "at his level". Long story short, they hit it off. He was so smitten he cleaned himself up and rarely drinks anymore. They got married about 4 years ago and seem very happy together. She even makes him put a quarter in a jar if he uses foul language. I'd never believe it if I hadn't seen it with my own eyes. I'm not implying you're as bad off as this guy was, merely making the point that you just haven't found the right one yet.
I have been paying prostitutes since the age of 16, until about this year. I used to very little money because used to go on prostitutes. Able does not equate willing. There can be multitude reasons for using prostitutes. From not wanting attachment, to fetish issues, which one can not/not willing to discuss with current partner. There are many reasons for that.
Are you trying to convince yourself, that you made the right decision?
I have choose the best decision because it is about 99 percent chance i wont get a girlfriend anytime soon... even if i was willing to have one doesn't make another girl want to have me. think about it, if a girl goes in a club/bar or online dating website they will have options.. could pick who they want.. .. easily get into relationships. its basically easy for a girl. people using prostitutes mostly are people who can not get girl friends.. the prostitutes give them a small piece of what a girlfriend experience is like.. do you really think all men will get a girlfriend? does not seem true ? not every man on earth will be in relationships and have kids one day with them and grow old with a wife
I understand why you think so and sympathize with your situation. However, you shouldn't give up totally. I'm also a complete loser when it comes to scoring women, however, it happened in February that a girl I met at a pub was interested in me. She later told me she'd like to have a one night stand with me. In the end we didn't do this due to some other reasons but well there was someone even for me. She probably would have considered a relationship with me too but I didn't find her attractive so we just became friends. Anyway, even as chemically castrated it would be worthwhile to keep an eye on dating sites and go to pubs from time to time. It's not impossible that a woman might become interested in you.

can long term chemical castration allow me to remove any interest in girls. ideally, never find a girl desirable in anyway, not be aware of beauty in girls, not be pay prostitute in future just to get a feel / massage on her, basically not attraction towards girls, it should be of no value to me similar to a empty cardboard box?.. i think there can be chance to achieve this? chemical castration is complex and I have not read a in-depth explanation of all the effects anywhere, i hope in my case my awareness of girls disappears similar to when i was like 10 years old, had no awareness of girls and they were not appealing at all
