Re: The Walking Dead (season 4)
Won't it be nice when it ends and the walking dead again become the rotten dead? I mean we are almost there. The Walking Dead is already a pretty rotten series...

Episode 12 -- "Still"
as in moonshine.
It is brave of a show with a cast this large (over a dozen characters) to do a two person episode.
It's spectacular when it commands your attention and is great drama.
I asked this once before, who are the "walking dead" -- the zombies or the survivors?
as in moonshine.

NEITHER!
...it is the poor people who are compelled to watch it until it's bitter end...they are not EVEN fit for Zombie food...
...their brains have been dead for far, far too long...

Episode 14 -- THE GROVE
This is a Carol and Tyrese episode. They have two young girls with them and the baby Judith.
A very dramatic episode. Very dark.
You know that there is a program after the episode called "TALKING DEAD" and each week the host starts out with an outrageous and smart-assed comment about the episode that has everyone laughing. THIS WEEK they were in tears. So was I.
BEWARE, YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

Episode 15. "US"
The next to last episode.
I won't say anything because anything I would say would be a spoiler.

Did they spoil the baby? Or, did it spoil on it's own?

Re: The Walking Dead (season 4)
Baby Judith is still alive. There was a shot at the end of Episode 14 and teaser poster for Episode 16 that showed the baby bundle.
You really don't think that a show could kill off a baby who isn't crawling yet? Don't even joke about that.
Without revealing what happen in Episode 14 - THE GROVE, I will say that most of the audience went collectively bat-shit crazy at that show and is still giving the producers and writers grief. It stands as the emotionally heartbreaking darkness of the season. In fact, it might be the hardest episode of the entire series.
The final episode of the season will be all about TERMINUS - whatever it is.
Something is seriously off at TERMINUS. It seems so idyllic and calm and zombie free.
Besides, the usual gang of characters is converging on TERMINUS with some attitudinaly-ugly-assed characters bent on revenge.
My thoughts went to cannibalism but I think that is too dark even for THE WALKING DEAD. That says a lot about my views of the show.
TASHA YAR is there and we all know that she has an evil twin sister ("not skippy") living among Romulans and can come back in time loops. So I wonder if THE WALKING DEAD is going into the Star Trek time loop trap. Which would reduce the show to utter silliness. Think of Star Trek Enterprise and Star Trek Voyager.
