Method: A combination of my own "will not say here", plus surgical castration, plus (quasi) surgical gender reassignment.
Age(be honest): 35, castrated/operated upon at 30-31.
HRT:- Yes.
HRT Type/Dosage: Estradiol, at a full transition dose.
General Health Status:Better than 90% of other people my age. A little curvy but in a good way.
Libido: Variable. My girlfriend has sort of figured it out though, and I'm not driven by it when she's not around.
Vitamins Diet that help me: Vitamin D (northern climate, not much sun). Easy on the alcohol, sweets. I do not eat much bread either.
For me it turned into a gender transition. I'm still on the androgynous side for a woman, but if I had to choose between being a man or a woman, I know which way I would go. My overall presentation is andro-femme.
The difficult things: It would have been easier to do things the "official way" conditional on being able to slap on a skirt convincingly 4-5 years ago. That not being the case, I did things the hard way. It's a gender transition. It isn't easy. Duh. Also, bone health and energy levels, especially during that period I was living without sex hormones entirely.
It was still better than living as a crazy person on T.
