Urethral Sounding

Having a smooth or a ribbed sound working the urethra give a sensation only next to that of an orgasm, if indeed it doesn't result in that orgasm.

Passing anything down your pee-hole is to be carried out with extreme care, but with practice, clenliness and a degree of gentle movement, the experience is fantastic.

The key to repeated sucess safely is to ensure that the object being used is free from any damage that may cause mechanical stress to the urethra, that it is clean and sterilised, and a good lubricant is used. Do NOT pass chemicals and drugs down the urethra for a quick 'fix', as you will end up with fairly terminal damage to it, and any sensations afforded by it. Whilst it may seem intimate to share an object, consider the consequences of cross-infection, as the urethra will readily allow bacteria and more importantly viruses to enter into the blood-stream.

There are variations on a theme, some allow the sound just to pass to the base of the penis giving the 'orgasm like' sensation, and some like to go all the way into the bladder and others who have urethral re-routes pass items such as beaded chains down their shaft and out the relocation hole (this seems to give amazing sensation to the user).

The sensations are amazing, and experiment is wonderful, just heed the warnings mentiond above and all should be well. If in doubt, talk to your General Practitioner or GU clinic. It is something more commonly done than yo may think!- so they will advise you.

Personally I have been doing for years. Starting with a sound 20cm (8") long by 6mm (1/4") diameter up to 40mm (18") x 12mm (1/2"), Both ribbed and smooth. Luckily having taken full notice of the care required, I have enjoyed the fantastic sensations this gives, as have others that I have introduced to it.
