Seems that getting rid of the painful testicles is not only possible -lots here have done it- but will probably cost you. There are a few MDs in US, Mexico, Thailand, india, who will do it for a fee. Maybe money well spent. You don't have to be in pain. Good luck!

Female and younger urologists tend to have less issues.

I also think when the doc is out of their own options they are more likely to listen.

exactly what i thought , i have my appointment with a female urologist next month she is young and dynamic open minded and modern ,i really hope i can convince her , on top i will mention that we had several related cancer issues in the family ..

The NHS is only FREE to UK citizens or European Union citizens. Although they would not turn anyone away in an emergency. The UK has a big heart.

I've been experiencing exactly this for almost 20 years with no help other than testim which i quickly became resistant to. Now I'm on sust 250 and almost feel normal, but still pain in my right and to a lesser degree left testicle. I have a Primary in my hmo who is open to doing whats needed so this winter I'm approaching him about seeing a urologist. Better a 100 dollar co-pay than an 2,500 dollar bill from Dr. Arkoff.
