I always liked the sports related stories, usually a winner takes all kind of approach. There is usually a high degree of humiliation as well. How the game plays out can vary, more suspense could have the quarterback not realizing that the defense is purposefully making mistakes to let the opposing team score and the offense keeps making mistakes to not score. The quarterback could try to single-handedly makes scores and maybe making the final play be a field goal the quarterback tries to make and fails so the winning team wins by enough point to get the quarterback. Or you could make them really win big and they could pick the quarterback and other members of the losing team.

However it plays out to get there, the quarterback has no idea he will get picked until it happens. He has never lost so he has never been victimized. The game and ritual at the end is televised and recorded. He is made to stand at the appointed spot and whatever means he is stripped or exposed to the audience with cameras showing everything, including cameras in the floor to show from all angles. The team picks the first punisher to come out and fuck him...positions vary but the quarterback tightens his anus and succeeds in preventing entry from the punishing player. So the winning team picks one of their specially picked players. Length does not matter as much but I was thinking 9" but the shape is more important.
