What are some good ways to castrate yourself then?

Nestor, it's not ethical for anyone to answer this question, I'm sorry. I did remove one of my testicles, with a little help, but I can't share that with you. There are a lot men who were castrated by many different methods, you'll have to do some research.

I don't see how it would be unethical. I had to scrap my plans at the last minute because I found out how shoddy my research was, and if I had gone ahead with it the results would have been disastrous. How would a little friendly advice be unethical?

Ok. I think that giving advice on what would not work would be ethical enough. It is the encouraging others and giving advice on how to do it makes the local population rather uncomfortable. The reason is mostly that the is potential to get problems due to someone following the advice, and then blaming the boards for the results. After this board went off the internet due to the story archive, I think that giving direct step by step advice would be really wrong.

On the other hand, directing the search, like Dave did is ok.

PS. It is rather late here, and I need to go to work tomorrow, so I am not giving any links for help. But there was a rather long thread on regimens for chemical castration and at least two threads about alcohol injections and CaCl2 injections.

Probably there were some about dangers of using the elastrator, but the ones I remember, are rather old.

Ah, I see, you're just trying to avoid any liability if I were to follow advice given here and something went wrong. That's understandable. I don't like the idea of injecting anything into me and if elastration and other do-it-yourself methods are as dangerous and painful as I hear, then I won't risk them. I think I'm just going to talk to a psychologist and see if they could help me get a professional castration, if that's even possible.

Look into the other posts and topics in the this large section of the EA. There are various links where people describe what the have done when they feel like you. Those posts may also give you insight into why you feel that way. This is not the only thread in the EA.

Also, we wouldn't tell you to read about the other people who feel this way if we didn't already knowing that you would benefit.

Well, I've read through several older posts and have only heard bad things. I'm just going to see a psychologist and see if they can help me.

First off, there's no easy and safe DIY (Do It Yourself) castration.

Next, if you have a fixation on castration, or just an interest, that's fine.

You're not a nut, you're not a freak.

It's not uncommon.

If I had $1 for every time someone's come and said, of EA, "I thought I was the only one!" Then I could retire.

You're NOT the only one.

Don't feel freaked out about it.

It's also not something to leap right into. DO talk to someone about it, then, if you can. Talk to us, that's what we're here for.

Also, please don't believe that castration will solve your problems. It could, in fact, create more, or new ones.

Seeing a psychologist is a good first step. I do think chemical castration might be a good first step. The only way a psychologist is going to recommend castration is if you're transgender. If you're transgender and the psychologist signs off on it, you could find the closest transgender surgeon and they would do the surgery. Most require two letters from two different psychologists but it would still cost you a lot if you don't have insurance. If you have insurance it could be covered.
