For the past two years or more, I have been feeding the wildlife on my back patio. I put out cheap bird seed for the Crows, Doves, Squirrels, Rabbits and Chipmunks to feed on. I also put out a plate of cat food for the stray Cats and the Robins to eat. Yes Robins will come and eat cat food. And we all thought Robins only ate worms and bugs.
At 3AM this morning, I had the patio door open but the blinds pulled. My three cats were between the blinds looking out the window and talking up a storm to a real stray cat that was eating cat food. I call it a real stray because unlike the other stray that come and eat this one, that hair is not kept well. I have 3 others stray that come that are well kept so I know they have homes but their masters let them out at night to stroll the neighborhood and come home to sleep in the morning. The 4 cats were meowing and making other grunts and sounds. No sounds were hissing or angry tones at all. I was surprised and aloof at the sight I witnessed.
I know Riverwind can tell how Rupert met the Turkey. I wonder how many other Cat stories can be told.

Re: Animal Humor
Cats are amazing creatures, never domesticated by man, they choose to live with us of their own free will.

Re: Animal Humor
Well I think they became domesticated over the centuries....although they still manage to own us for the most part
