Hmm . . . have you run across the work of an artist known as "Sore Nutz"? He does a lot of CFNM (clothed female, naked male) femdom stuff, with the majority of his work being set in an Amazonian society. Lots of tall, beautiful women who enslave, torture, and spank naked men.

And, his Amazons have dabbled in castration on occasion. The longest series involved a woman who catches her slave masturbating, and drags him down to the vet for an emergency castration. There's also a single panel or two, with the same vet castrating a smiling man, with jars of testicles in the background. And there's one where a cowgirl is castrating a man, while two other women watch and laugh.

As for manga . . . I don't think I've seen any, actually. Teasing, sexual torture, branding . . . yeah, I've seen that turn up, but not castrating. The closest I've seen is something out of an anthology, which is floating around the web under the title "Sex a Heel". The basic premise is that girl has her high school boyfriend in a CB-2000 type chastity device, and won't sleep with him unless she can crush one of his testicles.

But, to be honest, I haven't really looked that hard. My suggestion would be to head over to Yahoo! or Google, and search for both "castration" and "hentai" (that's the term for their erotic/pornographic comics). However, you might have to broaden the search to include "CBT" or "femdom" - just because a hentai has a castration scene, doesn't mean its been tagged that way.

Or you could search for "guro". Guro - derived from "gruesome" - is a subgenre of hentai that blurs the line between horror and porn. I would not at all be surprised to find out there's a lot of castration guro . . . but you really have to be in the right frame of mind to enjoy looking through guro comics. Yeah, its almost always erotic . . . but it can get very disturbing, too. Happy smiling kids being raised (and then butchered) for cannibalism, forced amputations so the victim can serve as human furniture . . . its not uncommon for most (or all) of the characters to get maimed or killed by the end.

There are just a few hentai cartoons if you search "Gelbooru" and similar Japanese websites. Three in particular (a) girl in nurse's uniform grasping a boy's scrotum in one hand while in the other she holds a pair of pliers (preparatory to a burdizzo procedure) (b) she has a large hypodermic and the kid is about to get his balls pricked (c) she is holding his penis and is about to do something unspecified to his balls.
