Hello
I was reading this here:
http://www.thefreelibrary.com/The+Treat ... a+Pharmaco logical+Approach.-a068273923
A passage from the text:
The aims of treatment in all levels of severity would be the same: (a) to suppress deviant sexual fantasies, (b) to suppress deviant sexual urges and behavior, and (c) to reduce the risk of further victimization. The treatment algorithm would then be as follows:
Level 1: Cognitive behaviourial treatment and relapse prevention treatment. This would always be given regardless of the severity of the paraphilia.
Level 2: Pharmacological treatment would start with specific serotonin reuptake inhibitors (SSRIs) and is indicated in most cases of mild paraphilias.
Level 3: If SSRIs are not effective in 4 to 6 weeks when at adequate dosage levels, then a small dose of an antiandrogen would be added, such as Sertraline 200 mg daily and 50 mg of Medroxyprogesterone Acetate daily. This would be used in mild and moderate paraphilias.
Level 4: Full antiandrogen treatment or hormonal treatment given orally, e.g. 50 to 300 mg of Medroxyprogesterone Acetate per day or 50 to 300 mg of Cyproterone Acetate per day. This would be used in moderate cases and in some cases of severe paraphilias.
Level 5: Full antiandrogen treatment or hormonal treatment given intramuscularly, such as 300 mg of Medroxyprogesterone Acetate given intramuscularly per week or 200 mg of Cyproterone Acetate given intramuscularly every, two weeks. This would be used in severe cases of paraphilias.
Level 6: Complete androgen suppression and sex drive suppression by giving Cyproterone intramuscularly, such as Cyproterone Acetate 200 to 400 mg intramuscularly given weekly or a luteinizing hormone-releasing hormone agonist. This is for severe cases of paraphilia and the only treatment in catastrophic cases.
I would like to know, how would the individual levels of treatment, with the drugs mentioned here affect the amount of ejaculate during the persons orgasm?
The effect of drugs on the amount of ejaculate?

It's like everything else regarding castration. Shrinkage, muscles lost and man boobs, changes do not occur over night, they set in progressively it might take year(s) to stop ejaculate completely. Ejaculate will stop only if men stop all sexual activity, after a certain time if he tries hard to masturbate to orgasm he might not be able to cum at all or just a little, at that point it'd be just mere curiosity not a urge to cum. The chemical castration protocols, you fore mentioned, seem to be a bit extreme. At the beginning it is necessary to give more chemical but after 2-4 week,s 150mg a month of DP would quite enough. All those drugs have severe side effects, even anti depressants can lead to suicide. All the therapies they provide to prisoners are not working and they know it, even chemical castration, to be successful it has to be wanted by the man. Who ever gets chemically or physically castrated against his will behind bars, will more likely use TRT after he is released and only god knows what he might do for revenge. Castration will only work as therapy for willing men. Men know what's good for them self better than any shrink but many who dare to ask to be castrated will be ignored. Why wait till a man commits a sexual crime to take care of him?

So the ejaculate amount will slowly keep decreasing over time until it will be nothing/very little?
Will a higher dose make the amount decrease faster?

Needless to use more anti androgen just be patient. As you lose your T, you'll lose your sexual capacities. You'll have erections less often and you'll stop thinking about sex. After few months you'll weak up one morning with a soft erection, it'll be like abnormal. If you try to JO, it'll go soft after few stokes and this won't bother you at all, this might happen every 3-4 months. In my case I used to milk myself so it was never dried but very little cum. Also I used to JO perhaps once a year just to see if I could cum, after 1/2 hour I had a weak orgasm with few drops of cum, not worth the effort. Unlike the men with full of testosterone you suffer of ED (this can be very frustrating), castrated men are not affected by the lack of sex.

That is interesting. Did you milk yourself both before and after starting with the castration?
