I am sure it's uncomfortable but not to painful, unless he actually triggered the traps. If that was the case I suspect he would be out cold on the floor!

Wow! that one is either very real or a generous job with the ketchup bottle. The image is a bit to fuzzy to tell so I ran it through photo shop and well I think it's ketchup.
